D16 vitara build on pump gas - 420whp/319tq
We just finished up some exhaustive D16 cam testing ( 8 cams, 150+ dyno pulls) on one of our cars with the normal cookie cutter vitara build in it.
Found our cam of choice for a hot street/strip D16, and then decided to go for 400+ on pump with the test mule.
D16Z6 Stock sleeves
Stock port head
Bisimoto Level 2.4 cam
75.5mm YCP vitara pistons, 0.0025 P2W clearance
Eagle rods
57trim T3/T04E, .63a/r
Skunk 2 IM
Mini-ram manifold
92 octane pump gas
420whp/319tq @ 25-26psi

I won't divulge timing numbers, but they are more than you'd think for this setup.
The results of our cam testing will be in an upcoming issue of Super Street for all to see.

Why would he tell all the details of the tune to a guy who is 15mins away from each other and they both are tuners.
Why would he hide it? You can't tune a car based on one number. Every setup is different, and has different requirements for fuel and ignition timing.
