If you like the way that the lip looks then I say get it. I don't like the design of the lip myself, but you may like that design. It's really what you are wanting.
As for the side moldings I'm with Hill4589, I think the thin moldings look better than stock.

lip is alright, but i would stick with the mugen. mugen on an eg looks one of the best IMO
moldings? i like it better either way. i would say change it if u really want to, other than that save your $$ for something else

The lip looks like something that should be on a 350z.
The thin side moldings, whats the difference between those and the stock ones?
EDIT: has anyone with a CX ever added the side moldings? Im sure you could just drimmel holes and get the plastic clips and you should be good to go.

But im not about to spend over $100 for some side moldings...Thanks for the rec tho.
I could use the original ones and just take off the clips, then use some 3m double sided, like the ebay window visors.
But ya, whats "thin" about the moldings? Are they flat, as opposed to protruding trim lines?

that lip is garbage... side moldings are old school, I'm just glad to see that I paid over $100 for mine and now they're about $70 that sucks lol..
Yeah i dont like that lip at all. Its way too big. Look into gettin a type r one. Heres a link to a picture of an eg with a type r lip; looks sick

i just bought that same one and was and wanna see what it looks like fitted on my coupe. if it looks like **** il go with a mugen like what is on there already lol but it broke
eh, i'm not a fan of the ebay lip or the type R lip but if you like it and can afford it, get it. Main reason I don't like the type-R lip is cuz there were no EG type-R's; that and I dont know, something just doesn't flow right. I'm with JDM SOHC with the SiR lip.
