hesitant start? spark plug wires maybe?? easy ? please help

hesitant start? spark plug wires maybe?? easy ? please help
ok so i swapped a ls/vtec into my civic had an ls in there before and i used the ls wires on the ls/vtec is this what is causing a hesitant start i have to hit the gas to get it to start. anyone have exsperience with this? would set my mind at ease knowing i could go to the store tommorow and get this fixed. thanks
