I know they're off an EF and they seem to be for an SiR because they're power window door panels. Maybe off a Civic SiR? I dunno... I picked em up off a friend a while ago and never used them. They are for EFs with pillar mounted seatbelts. They won't even fit on my 89 CRX Si because they don't have a hole for the window crank and I don't plan on having power windows for a while.

On a side note, they are for sale or trade since I won't be able to use them ;-)

those are ef8 siR door panels. I used to have a set in my old ef8

 

Correct, i have an extra set sitting around from the last ef8 i parted out. Only problem with them is that they have different size holes cut for oem power window switches for a right hand drive car
