Front Lip Hardware, what are the clips called?

So I'm goin to Home Depot to get my lip hardware tomorrow and I'm aware I need 1/4"-20 bolts but what are the clips with the holes in them that the bolts go through called..?? I'd rather be a lil educated before I go there so at least I can sound like I know what I'm talking about.
