so my brother is giving me his old muffler which i think is a megan racing carbon fiber with burnt tip not to sure on brand but think its that one. but anyways, i was gona take it to a shop and have a custom 2 1/4 inch cat back put on my 98, with flanges and what not but im curious to know if a name brand would be better considering its stainless steal? idk. im just lost and confused any info? basically wanna know if custom is still as good if its just a straight pipe from cat back to muffleR?
