need help to fix 92 integra
i got a 92 integra when ever i turn it on it lags to turn on and when am at high speed lower to 4th gear i put the gas in and it bogs and like there is something clogged can some one help me

you think if i take it to get diagonostics they could find the problem for me are no cause i changed cap rotor and wires cause it could be a spark but i was thinking the cadelac converter could be to
