cant really see, but maybe needs a dent pulled, then filled and smoothed? looks really easy.

 

i agree, i have pulled cars alot worse than that. put some studs on it and pull it out, then fill it. easy fix

Doesn't look difficult to fix. You can get a stud gun and pull that metal straight, but not sure where you going to get one. In my opinion i would just cut that metal out weld a new one in. If you lucky to find a junk yard with the same car like that and, Just cut the good sided metal and weld it back in.. If you got the tools no problem..
