Make it easier on your self and get the correct relay. As far as wiring it's pretty simple just color match the wiring if you have the actual plugs.

Or pm me I am making an extra power folding mirror harness at this moment, 90% done

well thats the thing, im broke lol, my money goes towards things i need not what i want. i have all these pieces laying around and i have nothing but time. and i just have the mirrors with pigtails. no plugs. theres also no wires to color match with because my car is set up for manual mirrors. also im pretty good a wirirng and reading diagrams, i put power locks on my non power lock da and it was pretty simple, this cant be much harder

Aftermarket Relays aren't cheap, i'd say you just go to the junkyard and pull the entire mirror harness off a EF Sedan or DA (You can use the switch off a EF Sedan and it will OEM Accessory Slots)

Wiring Harnesses are like 15$ at Pick your part.

i have 3 universal relays in my garage, i dont neccesarily need them fully fuctional, just foldable for now. and here in modesto all the junkyards hondas are scavenged. could anyone tell me how to make them fold, with lets say universal relays and a pushbutton switch? thats all thats needed at this point until i get the mirror harnesses

For the wiring:
match all the colors. That's it. Then you have to splice the power wire to both mirrors (yellow/white wire).
For the power folding part. Wire 2 universal relays like you would do universal power door lock actuators. Then your done
