yes it will fit. the sedan and hatch/coupes are the same down to the part numbers. i think the only things are some is slightly bigger than the other. sedans bumpers/hoods/lights are bigger. but it will fit on your car none the less.

nope. won't fit. okay, i take that back- it might fit but it definitely wouldn't look right. the dimensions are slightly different.

Yes the hatch hood will fit your sedan, I have a Carbon Fiber hatch hood on my sedan, and my buddy has my sedan hood on his hatch, they fit fine with no issues, and they lights will fit, but the corner light are slightly different.

simple answer is yes and no.

Yes, it will bolt on.

No, it will not fit correctly and you will almost definitely have latching/safety issues.

It actually does bolt on correctly, and you don't have latch issues. Why does everybody think this? The sedan front end is no different aside the corner lights, and the front bumper looks different.

The sedan hood is longer, trust me. I wouldn't lie to ya. I had a sedan carbon hood from my old EG8 on my old coupe, i am not just making this up.

BTW, fail on that link. your profile is private chief.

I'm telling you it fit's fine, the back you have circled is the wiper cowl you are seeing, and the headlight's are pointed down, because the hood pins are keeping me from being able to adjust it. I am telling you the hoods will interchange fine, no closing or latching issues. The only difference I found in the hood was that the back part of the hood rools down a bit, instead of up with the body line. Sorry for the poor fitment also, it is an Ebay hood, and I am not spending all day to adjust all the little gaps. It's not like it is an STI or anything.

No, what i circled in the back is where the hood isn't long enough to meet the ends of the fenders where the 4 doors hood would be. Up front is it not fitting because it cannot be adjusted due to the latch.

Notice how in my pictures of my old car my hood fits? It also is an ebay CF hood from carbon products. Look at my middle picture, see how the hood is long enough to meet the body line of the fenders by the wiper cowl.

What you say about it "not being an STi" proves that you lack attention to detail because of your negligence, causing you to overlook things like this that are obvious to others.

rebuttle?

Okay, I will give it to you the back is a touch different then yours is, but the picture makes it look funny, it actually line up really good, the front will adjust, I had to aim the lights down due to the hood pins, unfortunately it already had hood pins in it, so I had to install them, I just need to shorten the bolt part of the pin so I can move the headlights in to place. Not trying to be a dick or a smart ***, but he wanted to know if they will interchange, they will, and latch safely, agreed? But seeing your hood, I can see yours fits a little better. And I got to have a set of the fog lights, I really like them, where did you get them. And sorry to tell you, but I love my New STI way more than my civic's

i'd say, for ease of installation and safety, just get a hood that fit's properly.
in other words, if it had a 4dr hood to begin with, use a 4dr hood.

just my two cents.

I still don't understand why you had to aim the lights down for the hood pins. and also simply aiming the headlights would not cause such a huge gap.

The foglights are actually JDM OEM ones from an EG9 ferio. i got them from password about 4 years ago haha.

There is a hole in the the middle on the headlight bolts, not my car just used it for a reference, http://hondaswap.com/attachments/384...engine-bay.jpg, and it is some APC hood pins, and they go way down, well the back of the light, where the bulb goes in, http://www.jdmshit.com/parts/headlig...dlight_BLK.jpg, where it says remove, the pin hits it, I have to shorten it, the light are aimed so far down I can run the bright light's everywhere, and still not see anything. I know you don't believe me probably, but I am telling you the God's honest truth. I know, I need to take the lights back out a cut the pins, just don't feel like it. where can I get a knock off of those fog lights?
