whats good HT im looking to buy a 92-95 civic hatchback. car must be super clean meaning, fresh paint, engine bay must be flawless ( shaved and painted preferably ) , i would prefer it to be swapped as well, wheels idc about as much i have my own. i live in westchester NY and i will travel if necessary or worth my time and money.
