Uneven ride height by 3/4" - is that too much?
I have an 07 Civic. From the rear, I noticed the car seemed a bit tilted. I crawled under the car and measured the height of the left and right rear springs and they differed by 3/4". (I also measured the same difference in ground to the top of the wheel arch).
I brought it into the dealer who said he didn't notice anything unusual with any suspension parts etc. At least they didn't charge me for the inspection
Is 3/4" difference from left to right within acceptable tolerances? If it is not, where can i find some documentation to show the dealer?
thanks,
Mitch

Take some pics.
Does the car drive/ride ok?
Most of the gound is not level even though it looks like it is.
How many miles? Perhaps you've blown out a shock but I'd say your measurements are just erronous.

I don't know about 3/4" of a difference (I think that may be a mistake) but my car had a slight difference until someone sat in the driver's seat. I've noticed the same thing about other cars. It's the reason that my skunk2 springs had a left and a right in the front as least.
