Icon3 2.1L BUILT MOTOR.

Im building a b20v setup to be on my DD car. and i want something reliable and that will last long. so im seeing what people opinions are as far as power, best cams to use, and how reliable it will be.

here it goes...

B20Z block 85mm
12:1 compression (with gsr head)
Eagle rods
ACL race bearings
B20 crank balanced and micropolish
Golden eagle 85mm head gasket
ARP head studs
ARP main studs (no girdle)
ARP rod bolts
OEM Type r Oil pump
OEM GSR water pump
Gates Racing timing belt
GSR head
Bronze Valve guides
Skunk2 springs and retainers
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Skunk2 Cam gears
Skunk2 68mm throttle body
Skunk2 stage 3 tuner cams ( PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION ON CAMS)
Hy-tech replica big tube header
GSR tranny
ACT stage 4 6puck sprung clutch
ACT 8lb or 10lb flywheel. (cant remember)

Anyways i was told it should be in the 220ish as far as horse power and 12's all motor at the track.

Also what do you guys think of Skunk2 Stage 3 tuner cams? My tuner Colombian says they are great.

anyways thanks H-Tech for any advice given.

I currently use those cams and made 249whp on a dynojet. The are ok cams but there are better.

Pro2s and Pro series VT would be your best bet.

Set-up looks great for the 220 target.
I would take a look at the Edelbrock Victor X I/M over the Skunk2.

shoot, i would have stuck with the victor x and use a velocity stack at the track. Get a 70mm tb and port match it. If your running a stage 3 cam...come on...your gunna need a LOT of air, that heads gunna be suckin and puffin like a *****.
