WTT 97 Civic Hatchback w/ B20 Vtec

I have a 1997 Honda Civic Hatchback. CLEAN TITLE.

Engine :
B20B with a B18C5 Type R Head, but with GSR Valve-Cover powder coated red.
Skunk 2 Racing Manifold.
Hondata S300 Ecu
Edelbrock Headers
AEM Air Intake
Straight Piped to a stock muffler.
Full Skunk 2 Coilovers.
15' Rotas in White.

Interior:
Stock Seats and Rear Seats
Door panel inserts are red cloth material.
Skunk2 Racing Short Shifter and Shift ****
Civic Si Cluster.
Momo Steering Hub with a Tenzo R Racing wheel.
EK9 Type R Shift Boot
EK9 Type R Tail Lights.
EK9 Fenders with sidemarkers.
Autopage Alarm System.
ViS Spoon Style Carbon Fiber Spoiler

*CONS*

*The registration was due in April, and still hasn't been registered, the new owner would need to pay this and also be able to get the car smogged.*
*The Front Seats needs some TLC, The Drivers side seat is tearing and the passenger seat is missing the back left bolt to hold it down. I would recommend getting new seats.*
*No Power Steering*
*No Air Conditioning*
