Default how do you take your cluster out?

im trying to replace to bulbs in the cluster but cant get it out. i've got as far as taking the four screws out that go the the part that covers the cluster but you cant just pull it off because of the hazard wires and defrost wires. is there some clips to disconnect the wires cause ive been trying with no luck. the wires arent long so i cant just pull it out far and get a good look at the wires

After you get those 4 screws out, one thing that keeps it tight is the speedo cable. After you unclip that there is enough play in the harness to get to those plugs.
