CEL 6-ECT, 7-TPS, 9-CYP, and 15 ignition output signal

FINALLY finished installing my turbo (my first time), got her running, throwning these codes.
The idle bounces from 1500-2000 rps and i have absolutely no throttle response, the car will only idle. ive tried all 3 of my known good tps and i have 2 dif ecus, one is chipped from phareable.net, one is chipped with hondata. could anyone pls give me some advise on what to do the only thing i can think of is my dizzy because i bought used...any help is appreciated
