SHAKING UNDER LOAD
here is the story.
my car was was stock height. my cv boots were torn and axles clicked while turning
then i lowered my car and my axles clicked under load! well i changed both axles. now it does not click under load but it SHAKES! just in second and third gear.
question is,,, would an alignment fix it? (ill be getting one regardless)
or is it something else that is causing the vibration. (motor mounts etc)

i guess you risk having premature failure of ball joints bushings etc ohhh and ball bearings also.
i bough axles from autozone
but they have that balancing rubber i think its my motor mounts because my axles would click under load then i changed them and during the same speeds it shakes instead

Vibration under load indicated bad inner CV joints. I've had some remans with bad inner joints right out of the box, and others that were fine.
Now I won't take any chances - I'll only buy new axles. I just picked up brand new GS-P axles from Advance Auto for $70/side, no core charge, for my wife's 96 Corolla.

^ really? damn mine were new. supposedly. got them off autozone. i checked ,my mounts an the ac mount is torn to SHITTT.
ill change it 2morow.
hopefullly thas the cause. i think it is because under load the engine might want to tilt forward and causing the axles to flex more than they should because they are already super flexed at my ride height maybe im just crazy
