For some reason, when I go to turn the key to my ignition, the ACC clicks, all the lights come on, then as I continue to turn the key, it quickly shuts off, turn a little more, it turns on. But the resting place,(after cranking it, there is no sound, no lights, nothing. I go to crank the car, it turns on, but as the key goes back to the resting place, it shuts off. WTF? bad Wiring? Bad ignition?

 

It sounds to me like you have bad contacts in your ignition switch.

 

Agreed, try checking the contacts by measuring resistance
