Lets go Karting!! Vegas/Cali/Ariz folk?
Today, drove out to Primm, NV to check out the outlet mall there. As I was driving by, saw the go-karting place people have spoken about. On the way, i had to stop in... :D
So, I'd like to set up a Go-kart day there! In order to keep it fair, we're all going to RENT the karts... so, some of you shifter boys can't trounce us as bad.
The details:
Date: Nov 19, 2002
Time: 2pm-3pm (this gives people time to get up and get ready)
Where: Las Vegas karting near Jean, NV.
Price: 80cc karts for $50/hr. or Rotax?? karts for $95/hr (i'm guessing these are faster). or 4 strokes for $50/hr. To keep everything even, i'd like to say we stick to the 80cc (unless the 4 strokes are faster).
What's included: Everything. You drive to the place, sign a buncha forms and use all their equipment.
Non-drivers/pit passes are $10. I'm not sure if this is required by all, but is definitely required by spectators.
Directions: Take i15 south towards jean. Exit Warm Springs blvd (might even be Lake Mead)...go under the bridge and go RIGHT on Las Vegas blvd.
or, just take Las Vegas Blvd south...passed the strip, passed Sunset, passed the Belz Mall, passed everything until you're out of the city. It'll be on the left hand side about 10 miles out.

So, who wants to join along? I got my $60 saved up already...
