Default Ever have a bad crank sprocket?

I just bought a motor (b18b / didn't get to see it run) and everything checked out with it except a wobbling crank pulley. I switched it out with my other, half-running car (with no wobble from the crank pulley at all) and it still wobbled.

So...either the crank or a big maybe on the sprocket?.....I took the obd2 sprocket off and replaced it with the obd1 style (plate - sprocket - plate - pulley) and it looks like it took the wobble out.

Anybody else experience something like this? I wouldn't expect a crank sprocket to get out of shape....I guess weirder things have happened.

here is the sprocket
