Temperature Gauge on Red - 1993 Accord
Hey, sorry - I meant 1993 Accord.
Within a few minutes of starting, my temp gauge goes to red. I have nearly full radiator fluid and oil, and there's no smoke or any other overheating symptom. I drove the car on red 60 miles yesterday. This seems to be gauge issue, and not overheating, correct? BTW, I'm sched to bring the car in Saturday 13 Mar for its 637.5K maintenance.

Well if you just started it and it goes pegged to the top and the idle soon drops down as the car warms up. Then perhaps it is guage.
Oh, and for a second I thought you said the car had over 600,000 miles, if that's on the same engine then..
