Default FOG light wiring help

where do you run the fog wire in an rsx INTO the car ?? i see no openings at all for a wire to run into ... the only rubber grommet i can see that i can run it into the car is the one on the drivers side fender so would i have to run them into the fender ??

well if they are OEM the lines are already run! There is a connector in the engine bay and a connector in under the dash you connect to.

clubrsx has a great write up that involves just hooking it up to the lights. Whenever you turn your parking lights on they will turn on. not sure if you want to be able to manually control the fogs, but this is the easiest way i have seen.

When I did my ebay fogs, I didn't have to run anything through the firewall. The foglight harness simply plugged into the brown connector as shown in the pic from type-Spaz. All you have to do is wire the rest up inside the car.

You need to tap into accessory power to power the switch and relay. This makes it so that when you turn the key off, the fogs go off even if the fog light switch is still on. Then all you need to do is wire the output of the relay over to another one of those brown connectors which is up under the dash near the fuse box/steering column. This connector sends the 12v from the relay through the firewall to the other brown connector where you plugged in the fog light harness too. That's it.

'02 rsx here. Same thing. You won't need to run any wire through the firewall. All you have to do is set up your switch and relay under the dash so that when you turn them on, 12 volts is applied to the brown connector under the dash, which sends power through the firewall to the brown connector by the washer fluid tank, which powers the fog light harness.
