HI, i just got a RS lip that was once painted blk, but is no primered. Since painting it milano red is kinda of pricey. How can i get a glossy nice finished blk paint on it? i know this is a tedious post, but
1. what paint brand?
2. what clear coat?
3. what primer brand?
Also, can someone give me step by step instructions? i've never painted anything so i know NOTHING. thank you

 

also, what are the proper steps to prepping it before painting? and how many coats of primer, paint, and clear coat do i put on?

 

1. wet sand with the finest paper
2. prime
3. 3 light coats of paint compounding after each coat
4. polish w/no wax
5. 2 layers of clear coat
