Have 1990-91 Civic EX 15/16" master cylinder, what booster to get, help!!!!
So, the situation is like this :
I have a 1990 EF Civic D16A6, and want to upgrade my brakes. I have ready 10.3" front discs and Legend calipers. I also have a 1990-91 EX Civic 15/16" master cylinder (my stock one is 13/16"). The problem is that I can not fit 15/16" MC on my EF booster. I do not have a 1990-91 EX booster, and I'm finding it hard to find one (i live in Croatia). Can you advise me, could I use a booster from some other honda model, that I could fit with the 15/16" EX MC??
Anyone?
Here is the model of 15/16" MC that I have waiting to put on my car :

'92 - '95 Civic non-abs should work. The '90 - '91 EX MC will definately bolt up to that booster, the only thing i'm not positive about is whether or not the booster will bolt up to firewall without drilling new holes. Edit, upon closer inspection it appears that you have a '94 - '97 Integra RS MC. The mounting flange/ears are rotated 90 degrees.
One more thing, I can get for free a 7/8" MC with booster....I know that it's smaller than 15/16" one, but....would it work with front Legend calipers?

you're going to have to use a 15/16" or 1" master cylinder for your legend calipers
94EG8 is right, the m/c you have isn't the 90-91 civic EX m/c...

90-91 civic EX master cylinder bolts/flanges are approx @ 10 o'clock and 4-4:30ish o'clock.
(while yours pictured looks like it's bolttern is @ 8 & 2 o'clock)
that pattern (on the 90-91 EX m/c) should the be on your current 90 civic's brake booster configuration now. < 10 & 4 o'clock >

Master Cylinder options
A. if you're going to use your 90 civic's stock booster, use the 90-91 civic EX 15/16" master cylinder, honda oem part # 46100-SH4-A11.
B. if you're going to use the 15/16" m/c (pictured above clocked @ 8 o'clock & 2 o'clock), you'll need to source the appropriate brake booster
C.

I have a 90-91 ex master cylinder on my CRX Si booster with no problems. you probably have a 90-93 integra m/c. IIRC they do not bolt up to the 88-91 civic/crx boosters.
Nice... i have legend GS dual piston calipers on my usdm 90 si hb too (with 28t backets & 11.1 rotors using 91 ex knuckles).
And I also have ITR calipers (23T brackets) on DX knuckles and 10.3" rotors on my EG sedan.
When I did the caliper upgrade I didn't even swap my MC or BB... There's not that much difference in performance (unless your really trying to stop from +130mph down to 30mph in blink). I just bought stickier tires.
BUT if and when my stock mc/bb goes out I would pick either options:
a) 90-93 integra non abs BB... will have 260v lable on it. (abs ones say 290v)
then use 90-93 non abs MC. This MC will have the bolt holes @ 8 & 2"oclock.
You don't have to worry about bending any lines as they are in the same location as your stock MC is.
b) 90-91 civic ex BB with 90-91 civic ex MC....
But to be honest, for daily driving there is no difference at all. At the track under extreem hard braking... then I could see some benefits.
