Hey guys
so tomorrow I meeting someone from Indiana to buy my car and I am from Illinois.
We agreed on a meeting place already in Indiana and I have set up means of a ride home from a person who lives near there

he says that if the title has "notarized" or something on it then the car has to b bought in my state of Illinois other wise he can't register it or something

if this is true, is there ways around it or is this false
