i got an aluminum radiator and a aftermarket fan, i just wanna double check before i mess something up

the fan screws directly into the fins on the radiator correct? i dont see anywhere else i could mount it if im wrong

 

you should get a mounting kit like in this picture


the feet mount to the radiator and then the zip straps go through the core. just be careful not to complete wreck the fins or radiator core.

 

or use zip ties they work to

 

u never wanna damage the fins

 

ok i didnt get most of whats in that pic so ill just use zip ties. they just go thru the radiator core???

 

thru the fins long zip ties and cut the ends off and get black ones or they will stain
