On a N/A D16Z6

I'm looking for a mild cam, nothing too extreme but something that will provide some power gain over the stock cam. I was wondering, is there actually a big noticeable difference between the zex 59100 and 59300 cams? And also, lets say further down the road I decided to actually go turbo, would it be best to just buy the 59300 over the 59100 then?
