do skunk2 extended wheel studs go with non extended muteki lug nuts. im planning on going that route but want to know if it will work. and if it will tighten all the way down. if not ill just buy extended lug nuts as well. i heard its possible but need a 2nd opinion. thanks

 

i have the sr35 (open-ended) on my car and extended studs stick out at least 1/4" past the lug so i dont think the shorter tuner style or sr35 will work with extended studs. you need the sr48 or an open ended lug

 

I do have the open end muteki lug nuts but they are not extended. So even if they are open ended and are not extended lug nuts it won't fit?

 

Any open-ended lug nut will work with extended studs. They do not have to be the super-long lug nuts or anything. If they're open ended you're fine.
