Default Install AEM intake

Is it pretty easy to install from a stock intake?

It's not that bad. You'll need to take your front bumper off to get all the stock piping out. But if you can't install an intake, you shouldn't be working on your car.

SRI=Short Ram Intake. Filter remains in the bay. (Pics pulled from the tucked tread. Will take down at owners request.)

CAI=Cold Air Intake. Filter routed into bumper for colder air.

There's a little hole that doesn't connect to anything, Is that just plugged in with a some sort of tip?

Little hole on what? The intake piping? That's a vacuum line that is usually run to the valve cover like the blue crx posted above.

There are two holes ones for the sensor and the other hole goes to your valve cover with a hose. Pretty much common sense, just plug and play!! And enjoy.

cus for my ****ing AEM intake you have to take the motor mount off that holds the tranny in order to bolt the intake to the new motor mount that you install

He was joking. I'm 99% sure, unless he needed a new mount and did that while doing his intake install.

It is true about the tranny torque mount, The reason it brings it is to help the pipping fit, otherwise the pipe will hit the stock tranny torque mount.

I wouldn't buy AEM to be honest. Just get some generic 2.5" or 3" piping and buy the AEM filter or whatever filter you want. Those kits are mad expensive and usually do the same as normal 2.5/3" piping. Only Intake I would buy would be the whale ***** because its proven to be different.
