you need the complete swap ecu and everything. then you gota rewire you car from dpfi to mpfi then you got get a jumper to convert it to obd1. everything will bolt in the main thing you need to worry about is the wireing. oh and use your stock cable tranny or convert it to hydro if you want to use the 94 tranny.

You will also need the motor mount bracket on the drivers side of the motor from the D15. You may have to notch the upper timing belt cover on the Z6 to get it to fit. I had to cut about 1"X2'' piece out of mine to get it to fit.

Check the FAQ, there is all the info you need to do this swap already there. I used those wright ups to do mine and had no problems.

Hey this is not my thread but im jacking it because i cant start net threads yet. I have a more specific question and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am taking my complete d16z6 out of my 93 del sol and putting it in my 92 four door eg that was stock with a a d15b7

as far as the wiring i know i have to run the 2 wires (wires 1 and 2) in the pic to ecu for the v-tec . I know where these go .

Its wires 3,4,5 that i cant find any info on.. Where do they go? do i need them? and where should i hook them up?
let me know if you need more info thanks..

this is the chassis harness in the four door

this is the chassis harness in the del sol

this is the engine side of the harness on the 1.6

Your asking that question in the wrong forum. This is 88-91 Civic/CRX. Go to the Honda Civic/Del Sol (1992 - 2000) forum and ask them.
