Default 06 civic hybrid questions(interchangability)

I must be getting old...

I located an 06 civic hybrid with 45k miles. Everything looks great...no issues what so ever. I came from the ways of the 3g integra...so this is new to me.

1. The purpose of the roll resistant wheels is for better fuel economy...has anyone put on lightweight 17" wheels with performance tires and seen good fuel economy still? I like the idea of have the great gas mileage and something that still looks good.

2. Is the suspension the same between the hybrid and non? I'd like to lower the car down some...not too much...but close the wheel well gap some. If they are the same...there is obviously choices.

3. Has anyone heard of how long the batteries are suppose to last? These are 4 years and 45k...curious what their life expectancy is.

4. hate the tan interior...do people tend to find full interiors forsale from people destroying their Si? Are they interchangeable? I know the rear seat doesn't fold down in the hybrid because of the batteries needing storage space...did that effect the interchangeability of the Si and hybrid seats?

Thanks in advance. I haven't purchased this vehicle yet...so looking for some quick answers
