Default Spring rates?

I'm about to order GC with koni yellows and I am completly new to suspension stuff.
I have always had stock suspension on all my cars.

I know stock ITR is good, I've been on it for 5 years, but I want a nicer stance, less body roll, and a little bit stiffer spring than ITR . So after reading a bunch, I was thinking about getting 310F and 280R, is that good? Or 350F and 300R?

Which one is gonna be better? I still want simular handeling of the stock R just better.
Like I said I dont know crap about suspension, please point me in the right direction.

personnally id go with like 450F 400R. im pretty sure thats what GC/Koni Yellows im running. id have to check the spring rates again but i know its more than 350/300. My car doesnt ride bad at all. its SUPER easy to adjust and it handles solid! i am VERY pleased with GC/Koni Yellows and highly recommend them to anyone!

Stock is 250/250 (without taking the front progressive rates into account).

If you lower the car .75"-1" or so, you can run 350/350 without problems and not suffer too harsh of a ride. The key is moderation when it comes to lowering, though.

And, the key to keeping the "stock" handling feel is to keep the OEM springrate balance.

The fronts are linear, the rears are progressive
