Default exhaust compatibility

I know this isnt the integra forum but you guys just respond so much quicker in here! - so here it goes: i'm about to buy an 00 gsr with a skunk2 catback on it. Will an apexi ws or ws2 axleback bolt up to the skunk2 piping with no modification ? Skunk2 is kinda loud for my taste.
