Default 92 civic, b16 no spark

done everything i could, cap rotar, coil, ICM, wires, plugs.

could it be my distributor power wire(large Blk/yellow)
and if so where does it go? where does it lead
or would it be the ICM on the A plug of the ecu

1) Does the fuel pump prime?

2) Test the Blk/Yel wire with a test light.

3) Check the Yel/Grn wire for an open or short.

4) Swap in a known good ECU.

Do tests 2-3 in my first post. How do you know the ECU is good?

Seriously, you can buy a decent digital multimeter for $20. It's worth its weight in gold for troubleshooting.

You also need to test the three distributor sensors.

this may sound dumb, but you didn't list battery, its not dead is it? or your fuses? Under dash?and hood?

Always remember the Kiss theory when going throught these problems:

Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

Example: I had a small amount of collant that looked to be leaking from head gasket, I towed to my friends shops to take look at thinking it was blown head gasket, and it was a bad hose leaking from the rear of the motor and the leak was running around the side to the front and I just couldn't see it. More than likly its going to be something dumb that you just over looked. since you sould like you almost replaced your complete ingintion system

The starter must crank the engine to check for spark and the fuel pump primes, suggesting that a bad battery is not the problem. There's no specific fuse for the distributor/spark.

look, battery is fine, fuses are fine, Main relay is fine, only ecu code is oxy sensor since its bad. and out of cash, spent it on a new cap and rotar, since last ones were more then beyond used

all i can think of is if it were the ICM i would be getting code 15 if that were not getting power

but i was thinking if the dizzy wasnt getting power at all from the Blk/yellow i wouldnt get a code

so if i had to run a new Blk/yellow where would i run it to?????

worked, car started first 2 turns

Blk/yel wires was broken somewhere. so going to replace whole wire with a new one and add it to the harness.

putting the a21 wire back to normal
