I was wondering what spring rates would be best for my application. I am new when it comes to suspensions and am on a fairly tight budget. I have already decided to purchase this coilover setup so please just answer the question. I have an ej1 with a b16a motor swap. I was wondering what spring rates would work best. This is mainly a dd but i still want to be able to do some occasional auto-x and the occasional track day. I was considering the 350 front and 250 rear spring rates.

 

Yes thats perfect. But you wont be getting the Progress Series II coilovers for awhile they are out of stock I emailed them yesterday. (out of stock for 94-01 teg maybe not your application though)

 

I got a set for my 94 integra during the promo here on H-T. I went with 350/350 spring rates.

 

How do you like them?

 

I have no complaints about them.

 

Alright cool. Thx. I called them yesterday and they said they had them for my 93 civic coupe ex. If they run out looks like I'll just have to wait til they are restocked. Hopefully that doesn't happen, and if it does it doesn't take to long.
