I got some sort of cheaper wastegate probably a ebay of some sort. anyways the diaphram leaks bad now and it broke on the dyno. im question is.. i know Tial Springs fit in my gate.. Can i just buy a Tial Diaphram to put in there also and would that work?

has anyone put a Tial Diaphram in a non tial gate and it worked?

 

Nickle and Dimeing is what got you here in the first place... just buy the part you should've to begin with so you don't have to worry about any more problems.

I agree; just cut your losses and buy the TiAL unit.

 

yea i'll probably just buy one. my friend has 1 used for 2 months that he will sell me for $150. I dont wanna have a wastegate issue again.

 

i had a cheap wastegate once and the same thing happened now its nuttin but tail 44's!!
