Default Engine Overhaul

First of all I have a 92 Civic CX (TINY...stock motor...headers 4-2-1, and a RAM intake). A friend of mine has given me a set of new oversized pistons. They are rated at a 10:5:1 ratio, 38cc chamber, and a +3.7 dome volume. I am also getting a new cam as well. And of course rings and all those goods. But I have wondering if any has a clue how much HP I can look at gain. I would appreciate any help of advice anyone can give.

Do not and I repeat do not even waste your time modding a stock CX engine. If you gain anything it wont be noticable.
