- The First HONDA Sold in the USA - 1970 AN600 *MINT* !
Hey everyone, I have a ALL ORIGINAL EVERYTHING, 1970 Honda AN600 in MINT condition for sale or trade.
This is the very FIRST Honda to be sold in the United States and this particular car, is the very first batch sold stamped, "3/70".
Everything is OEM on this car! If you are a true HONDA COLLECTOR or ENTHUSIASTS, this SUPER RARE Car and a must have!!
The car is in MINT condition inside and out and runs great!
Just testing waters and want to know what I can get for it or what trades might be out there.
They say there's about only 200 operating in the US
If your REALLY interested, PM for more pics and info.
Was planning to put aside the stock motor in my garage and throw in a 1300CC Hayabusa Motor in there put I think I need another daily driver.
Took some quick pics next to my Honda Insight to show how small the car is. Sorry I didn't plan to sell or trade so I will send more when needed..

How about an asking price? That's a very important feature of a sales ad.
My only complaint are the hideous side mirrors and the after market radio.

When these cars first came out, people in both Japan and US put racing strips just like these. We did some research and looked at old pics of them so that's why they are on this car now.
^ +1 mate.
you could look at the original one in the honda collection hall museum, in tochigi

as has been posted by a few people...while you have a nice car there, it's not the first honda in the states (i'm fairly sure the first cars sold by honda of america were sold in hawaii...with a higher hp), nor is it original, anymore.
however, i'll gladly make you an offer. instead of doing a massive swap on what looks to be a decent example of a stockish first year 600 and ruining it, trade me your car for two of mine. they are both 71s, so they aren't quite as rare.
one you can busa the daylights out of and the other you can do a kswap or something.
the occasionally running, tagged and titled car:

if you think there is a deal we might be able to make, let me know.
