Hey, I'm looking at buying a h23 from a 92 Si 'lude. The seller of the engine says it needs new piston rings, and that the engine would smoke a little bit off the line. I am planning on building this engine up and boosting it within the next year or so and dropping it into my accord. Would you guys recommend OEM rings or aftermarket rings under FI.

 

OEM rings will do fine if you aren't going to build it other than back stock.
