I believe they would be considered OBD I. They are low impedance, top feed, Bosch style (or big end tops); your application may require you to run a resistor/driver. They do include brand new clips with pigtails to splice onto your harness if need be. Short of that you'll have to look into your application to see what is needed to install them.

Also was asked about and thought I'd include that the turbo comes with the V-Band clamp for the down pipe but you'll need to get the flange you need be it mild steel or stainless and they can be gotten from any dealers of Precision turbo's and parts.
