AP2 Exhaust tip measurements
Please answer these questions for me on the AP2 exhaust tip OEM.

1. Width?
2. Height?
3. Is the Muffler outlet (tip inlet) 2.25"?
4. Is the tip held by a bolt (8mm?) on the bottom of the tip? There is a "bracket" that is welded on the muffler outlet pipe. So the tip slides on, and bolt up.
Much Thanks

1. 5 1/16" W
2. 3 13/16" H
3. No, it 2.36" or 60mm.
4. Yes, but as posted it's a 10mm bolt. The bracket on the exhaust pipe is optional. It aligns the tip perfectly but I've used AP2 tips on an AP1 exhaust. You just need a longer bolt to lock the tip to the pipe.
Also, the tip is slanted so the length is 6 1/8" on top but only 5 1/2" on the bottom. The exhaust pipe must extend a minimum of 3 1/2" out of the muffler can or there'll be a visible space between the end of the pipe and the tip inlet.

I know what you're talking about, the V6 dual tips on the 2010 Accord look too short lengthwise and the bright inner portion emphasizes how small the piping actually is. Good luck with your upgrade.
