Default Differance in the USDM and JDM H22 heads?

I am getting all my parts together for the swap and am only missing a few things and am ready to order a head, is there any real difference in the two?

I keep reading in ebay the term "lost motion assembly" I read it ONLY on ebay, WTF is it. I only see it on 97 and up JDM heads.
