Default alt question

Now that I have my brakes all working good my alt went out, I haven't had a chance to look at it my friend is bringing me one at work and said its a bitch to change? Is this true? What is the fastest way to get it switched out? Its a 89 civic sedan with just the stock 1.5 d15

Thanks, Eric

Its not a b!tch for me. You have to maneuver it a little and maybe unbolt the lower Alt bracket but that is it.
