Default Quick question on Clutch and flywheel combo.

been looking at this,

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/stock-clutch-fitment-guide-2284956/

i ended up getting a 88 tranny (don't ask, long story) for my '90 d16a6. the question is, can i run a 88 clutch disc and just say f-it and use it with my '90 flywheel and '90 pressure plate? anyone run this?

or should i just buy a '88 accord disc?

The 88 accord disk is 21 spline and the same size as the 90/91 pressure plate. If you were to use a 88 si disk then your disk would be smaller than your pp and you want to have the most and even pressure. While yes a 88 disk works (i bought my transmission with a 91 flywheel and pp and a 88 disk) it is recommended to follow the chart. If i were in your situation i buy a flywheel (since you want to use your 90 flywheel) and a clutch kit to simply things but there are some companies out there that will sell you a 90 pp and a accord disk and make a custom kit for you.
