Making Dropzone coilovers work.
So the EK I just bought has a full dropzone coilover setup on it. They are all in good shape as far as I can tell. None of the shocks are leaking and they are not making any noise. I do not have the money to replace them entirely at the moment, so I will be making some changes and have a question.
1) The stock dropzone spring rates are 450 front / 350 rear. My plan is to swap the 350's to the front and purchase a couple rear springs from Ground Control. However, I do not know which spring rate to purchase. 250?
The car is completely gutted behind the front seats, so I assume maybe a slightly softer spring in the rear than normal will make up for not having much weight back there. True?
The other night I had the car on the lift at work to raise it up a quarter inch in the front. Noticed that who ever installed these things put the FULL bump stop in the rear. Hence I didn't have any travel what so ever. After cutting a section off the bottom the car seems to ride much better. When I take these things off to replace the rear springs, I plan on replacing the bump stops as well with a set that my work sells. (used for Miata's but should work) They are shorter overall so they shouldn't have any issues with the new softer rear spring rates.
Opinions on this?
Edit: I just spoke with Mark at Ground Control and he said that 250in/lb springs in the rear would be best. So that's what I am going to do.

380/250 is the off the shelf spring rate for ground control coilovers if I remember correctly.
I went with 350/350 and a 22mm itr sway bar.
