custom or aftermarket headlights?

does anyone have any info on these lights? i found this car in the low offset thread but cant find info on them.

is this a repost? i could swear i saw this a couple weeks back.

they look like stock ef9 headlight casings around usdm headlights and with added borders.

looks custom to me. i have never seen a set like them. however the car looks like it is from europe somewhere. might be from a supplier in europe that we don't see here in the u.s.

only problem with that is that the u.s. headlights don't separate like these ones do.
