Will the JDM 98R tranny 100% bolt on our engines? Just as if I bought a USDM ITR tranny, bolt everything up and drive heR. My concern is will the axles, starter, etc i have work on the JDM tranny. I know it may sound silly, thank you all in advanced.

 

In short, yes, it will. It's the outer axle piece that would be a concern as JDM 98-spec had a 36mm outer spindle if I recall. The inner is the same; therefore, it will work fine on any b18c setup as well as other setups.

 

Yes, you are correct about the 36mm outter spindle. So if one where to buy the 98-Spec Transmission, then the USDM 32mm/axle outter spindle would not work? I would then would have to buy the JDM 36mm/axle outter spindle correct, for me to be about to drive heR? Thank you all in advanced.
