some of my plastic interior parts such as the armrest and kick panels have scratches and arent as nice as they once were. Is there a way I cud sand them down and then repaint them but still have that leather look with all the little wrinkles? like this pic?

the plastic has a certain texture. sure you could sand the scratches but then you would be left with a smooth spot. I dont know of any way you could replicate that texture.

 

is there anyway that I cud use wrinkle paint for the texture and then just use SEM vynyl and plastics black paint over it to achieve the wrinkle texture?

 

how deep is the scratch? Usually some type of build up primer can fill it in and then you can paint on top with some interior panel paint (krylon fusion)
