Default ls turbo smoking

what is the deal? i blew the rings/ringlands in my ls it was smoking like crazy....so i found a motor with only 59,000 miles which i have documented proof of. and it is still smoking at idle like my other one. i am using the safc hack was running 15 psi....big no/no....then i dropped this one in only 10psi and it was smoking after the next day? could i have a bad catridge in the turbo or something. it does not leave huge clouds under full boost like the other one, only when it is idling. i did notice a little oil puddle chilling in the intercooler pipe where it hooks up to the compresser, also some on the filter side. i have a drag gen 3 kit only been used 3 weks

just because it only has 59000 miles dosent mean its in good condition
do a compression test or even better a leakdown test.
