Im working on a 99 Accord EX with a four cylinder. Is the cylinder pos. sensor and the cam position sensor the same thing? And where is this sensor located? Thank you for your help.

 

I may be totally off here since I'm too lazy to google for you, but if you're throwing the CEL for the CYP sensor, your distributor is at fault. I don't think I've dealt with a "cam position sensor" before on my honda's so im unfamiliar
